Meet Ryan and Charlie

Midway Tire & Auto is led by business partners Ryan and Charlie, who share a background in U.S. Army service and a people-first approach to running the shop.

Ryan — Daily Operations

Ryan brings more than 22 years of military experience and a Business Administration degree focused on Entrepreneurship. At Midway, he supports the technicians and staff and focuses on efficient daily operations.

Charlie — Planning and Financial Management

Charlie is an active duty Infantry Officer with more than 15 years of Army service and a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University. He focuses on financial management and long-term planning.

Their shared priorities are honest communication, quality workmanship, fair pricing, and supporting both the team and customers.
